INTRODUCTION
This website is a growing collection of materials that I have been researching over the last couple of years. It includes work on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), popular psychology, creativity, and the brain. These areas have had a great impact on my life and therefore I would like to share what I have learnt with you! My studies of NLP in particular, has made me much more aware of what I don't know (as well as a greater appreciation of what I do know!) and has therefore given me a hunger to explore and keep learning. Along the way, many people have inspired me, but none more so than Dr David Hamilton. His studies of how our thinking can change our physiology and can attract things in to our lives is truly awe inspiring. I hope you enjoy looking through this site.
