Aim: to get everyone to STATE their feelings, emotions and intuitions and
then get them OUT of these quickly.
Questions
How do I / others feel about this?
Are we doing the right thing?
Could we be doing this better?
What is the gut feeling about the problem?
Here our emotions: fear, hate, love, suspicion and jealousy can be brought
in to the foreground so that they do not influence the meeting
subversively. Once we know these we can keep clear of emotive areas.
Sometimes it's good to use this hat twice: once at the start and once at
the end. This is to try and gauge if peoples feelings have changed as the
meeting has continued.
