This is a huge area in NLP. It covers:
- Body Language
- How we talk to others
- How we talk to ourselves.
You have probably heard this before:
- 93% of our communication is unconscious
- 7% of our communication is the words that we use.
So what's included in this 93%?
- 55% is our body language
- 38% how we use our voice (speed, volume etc)
