Body Language
This is a huge subject which I will go in to in a lot greater depth later on. In NLP one of the ways to create rapport is to match and mirror the other person's body language. Note: try not to make it obvious that you are doing this. If done well the other person will pick this matching and mirroring at a subconscious level. However from an NLP point of view we are talking about:
- Breathing rate (fast / slow)
- Where the breathing is from (upper, middle or lower chest)
- Posture
- Gestures
- Facial expressions
